How do you price a project?

We price per agreed scope, not per hour. After a short discovery call we write down exactly what will be built, what it does, and what is explicitly out of scope. That document becomes the fixed price. You know the number before a single line of code is written.

Why don't you show prices on the website?

A price without scope is a guess, and guesses are how projects end up 40% over budget. A small internal tool and a customer-facing platform with payments, roles and integrations are completely different pieces of work. Send us your idea and you get a real number within one working day.

Question 3

How fast do I get a quotation?

Accepted Answer

Within one working day of submitting the quotation form. A person reads your description, checks it against similar work we've delivered, and sends a written quotation with scope, phases and timeline — not an automated estimate.

What happens if the scope changes halfway?

Accepted Answer

New ideas during a build are normal and usually good. We quote the change separately as a small add-on with its own price and delivery date, so you decide whether it goes in now, in a later phase, or not at all. The original fixed price stays fixed.

Do you require full payment upfront?

Accepted Answer

No. Payments are tied to milestones — typically a start instalment, one or more delivery milestones, and a final payment at handover. You always pay for work you can see running.

Are there ongoing costs after delivery?

Accepted Answer

Only what you choose. Third-party services (hosting, domains, email, AI usage, payment providers) are set up in your own accounts, so you pay those providers directly and keep full control over them. Support and maintenance from us is an optional monthly plan — never a requirement to keep your product running.

What about security documentation and penetration tests?

They're add-ons on the quotation form: penetration test certificate, GDPR/ISO documentation, security documentation pack, and handover training. Pick them when you need them for compliance, procurement or enterprise customers, and they're priced inside the same quotation.

How long does a typical project take?

Most projects deliver something usable in weeks, not months. A focused tool or website is typically a few weeks; a larger platform is split into phases so the first working version lands early and grows from there.

Can you work to a hard deadline?

Yes. Tell us the date on the quotation form and we plan backwards from it. If the full scope doesn't fit the deadline, we say so upfront and propose what ships by that date and what follows in a second phase.

What do you need from me during the build?

Roughly an hour a week: a short check-in on progress, quick answers on decisions only you can make, and feedback on the working version. You'll always be reviewing something real, never a slide deck.

How do I follow progress?

You get access to a running environment that updates as we build, plus a weekly written update covering what shipped, what's next, and anything that needs a decision from you.

What happens at delivery?

You receive the running product, the source code, the documentation and the infrastructure — all in accounts you own. We can run a handover session so your own team or a future developer can pick it up without us.

Do I own the code?

Completely. The code, the data and the accounts are yours, with no licence fees and no lock-in to us. You're free to continue with your own team at any point.

What if something breaks after launch?

Defects in what we delivered are fixed as part of the project — that isn't extra work. Beyond that, you can take an optional support plan for monitoring, updates and small changes.

What kinds of things do you build?

Custom web applications, customer portals, internal tools and dashboards, mobile apps, AI assistants and automation, e-commerce and booking flows, websites, basically anything you can imagine that is web/software based. If it runs in a browser or on a phone, it's in scope. The Examples page shows working versions of several of these.

I only have a rough idea. Is that enough to start?

Yes. Describe the problem and who has it — the more detail you give, the sharper the first quotation. Shaping the idea into something buildable is part of what we do in discovery.

How do you work?

Four steps: discover the problem, plan a fixed scope and price, build in short cycles you can see, deliver with documentation and ownership. Small senior team, no layers of account management between you and the people building your product.

Can you take over an existing project?

Often, yes. We review the current codebase and tell you honestly whether it's worth continuing or cheaper to rebuild the parts that matter. Either way you get that assessment before committing.

Do you integrate with the systems we already use?

That's most of what real software does. Accounting, CRM, payment providers, email, ERP, warehouse and internal APIs — if it has an interface, we connect to it, and if it doesn't, we will find out during scoping.

How do you handle our data and privacy?

Data lives in infrastructure you own, with access rules enforced on the server rather than hidden in the interface. We build GDPR-conscious by default and can deliver a formal documentation pack when you need it for compliance or procurement.

Yes. We're based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands and work remotely across the world.

What if we decide not to go ahead after the quotation?

Then nothing happens and it costs you nothing. The quotation is free, there's no obligation and no follow-up sales sequence.
