There are two ways to work with North-Forge: you have a business problem, or you have a product idea. Below: how each track works, what's possible, how long it takes and what you own at the end. No open-ended hourly contracts, no surprises halfway through.
Every project starts as one of these two: you have a business problem that needs solving, or you have a product idea that needs building. Both follow the same five steps and end in a working product.
Something in the business costs too much time: a spreadsheet that outgrew itself, manual quotation or order handling, paper forms, systems that do not talk to each other. North-Forge maps that process and replaces it with one system.
You want to know whether an idea works before committing a year and a budget to it. North-Forge builds the core as a working, clickable product so you can validate it with real users instead of discussing documents.
Whichever track you start on, the work is scoped up front, never a blank hourly cheque.
Optional starting point. A few focused hours to map the process, the problems and the roadmap, credited towards the project if you continue.
Larger products are split into phases with their own scope and delivery date. The first working version lands early; later phases are optional.
Monitoring, updates and small changes on a monthly plan after launch. Always optional, your product runs fine without North-Forge.
Indicative delivery windows for the kinds of solutions on the Examples page. Your exact timeline is confirmed in the proposal.
Describe the problem and you'll have a written proposal with scope, phases and timeline within one working day. Free, and with no obligation.
